Services are provided based on a firm order and specifications agreed upon by both parties.
The client undertakes to provide all necessary information and materials (texts, logos, images) in the requested format, within the established deadline. brochuresale undertakes to create the materials according to the agreed specifications and to meet the delivery deadline. Any subsequent modification of the order may lead to an adjustment of the deadline and costs.
brochuresale assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials provided by the client. In the event of printing defects or deviations from the agreed specifications, brochuresale will rectify the issue at no additional cost, as soon as possible. The total liability of brochuresale for any direct damage is limited to the value of the respective order.
brochuresale reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if the client violates the terms and conditions, including by providing false information or using the materials for illegal purposes. The client may withdraw from services at any time, subject to full payment for services already rendered.
brochuresale reserves the right to unilaterally modify this policy, with prior notice to clients via the website. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
